Sourcing Process
-
Needs assessment
We start by identifying your business goals; what is your unique selling proposition? Then we brainstorm about how we can expand on the core product benefit? How we can increase perceived value. We close off this phase with an approved detailed product requirements document.
I Phase 1 -
Prototyping
We will select the 3 most suitable vendors from our network of hundreds of manufacturers in Asia, brief them, discuss materials, packaging, process their cost breakdowns and procure product samples. We close off this phase by knowing exactly what will be manufactured by which vendor.
II Phase 2 -
Order Procurement
We will oversee production with regular on-site quality control visits to make sure the product is what you need it to be. Next we will manage logistics. We have built an international logistics infrastructure that makes worldwide order fulfillment easy. We close off this phase by having your initial order delivered at it's end-destination.
