Are you available to be my Bali wedding planner on my wedding date?

This should be your first question as a Bride and Groom --. If your dates are still flexible, and you really want to work with me as your Bali Wedding planner, I will ask for a few options of date in your mind and wait when you're finalizing your wedding date.

What do I need to do first?

Please choose a preferred date for your wedding and arrange a meeting in the island or we can do a Skype meeting. Our Bali Wedding Planner will contact you to start your wedding in Bali planning.

Where should I start?

Once both of you decide to have a wedding in Bali , it's best to begin by selecting a time of year you want to get married, and then finding a venue. The venue you love may dictate your guest count either because of spacial limitations or price. It may dictate your date on account of availability as well.

Do I need a wedding planner or coordinator?

Always recommended to have a wedding planner and wedding coordinator who will be the point person for all the other details to make sure your wedding in Bali is perfect.

How much do things really cost ?

When you decide to have wedding in Bali and start building your budget, you should start by doing research on Catering, flower, DJ, photographer, and venue pricing , You can ask you Bali wedding planner to make a sample budget too .

What is the payment schedule?

There will be 3 term of payment after we agree on the budget, 1 Deposit payment will be 10% from total budget confirmed, second Deposit payment is 50 % from total budget confirmed and is due maximum 1 month after all vendors been locked, the balance payment will be 40 % from the total budget, there will be a refundable (if there is no additional items on your wedding in Bali) deposit required with your signed contract. The final balance is due 14 business days prior to your wedding date

When my caterer or other vendor requests a final guest count two weeks or so before the wedding, can I just give them a guesstimate amount?

Would you be comfortable with your caterer or other vendor ignoring your guest count and just bringing a “guesstimate” amount of goods for your guests? Not likely. To avoid running out of food, place settings, chairs, and so on, give your wedding professionals as accurate a number of expected guests as you can – and make sure you do this by their specified date. Your Bali wedding planner need time to plan and obtain the products they’ll need for your big day, after all. They also understand that this number isn’t always the number that attends, and they’ll be able to accommodate small adjustments in the number actually at your Bali wedding…but they may not be prepared to handle very large adjustments.

Thank you for your good judgment , including to forbid me using tiesto song "Love ComesAgain" as the first entrance song hahaha .., not allowing me to wear shorts for the after party, letting me to wear Birkenstocks instead of heels for the reception, firmly rejected theadditional fake layer of cake .. you said "Don’t make it to high , its tacky" I love you for that mba Dina
